The tender seeks to establish a wide-ranging framework agreement to Southampton City Council's in-house teams in delivering a range of services and minor works to residential dwellings, civic buildings, and other properties and sites owned, managed, or leased by the Council.
The council will use the framework agreement to run further competitions or to direct award call off contracts for the provision of the services and works.
The contract is scheduled to run from 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2025.
The deadline date for receipt of expressions of interest is 14 March 2024.
