Wayne Grills – BALI CEO

Wayne Grills has been CEO of BALI for 14 years. With BALI representing a membership of over 1,800 companies and individuals in the landscape sector, Grills has a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities. He also sits on several cross-industry working groups and committees.

Michael Klemperer – English Heritage 

Michael Klemperer has worked at English Heritage for nearly 11 years and is senior gardens curator for the North and Midlands. He has worked within horticulture for over 40 years researching at places such as Kew and Sheffield University, and working on projects at Wentworth Castle, Cusworth Hall and Brodsworth Hall.

Bradley Tennant – director of education, GroundsFest

Former sports turf lecturer Bradley Tennant heads up the delivery of the GroundsFest Academy, designed to provide free education for anyone working in groundscare and landscaping. Tennant has years of industry experience having begun his career as an apprentice gardener he is now head groundsperson at Swindon Supermarine Football Club. 

Jonathan Bourne – Bourne Amenity

One of Jonathan Bourne’s first projects with the company was the Olympic Park Project. Over 14 years later he oversees the entirety of the sales and processing operations. During his time within the business he has seen sales almost double, while Bourne Amenity remains committed to ensuring its materials and services are in line with its customers' high demands and expectations.

Adam Dunnett – Hillier Nurseries

Adam Dunnett is the amenity sales director at Hillier focussing on tree sales across all key customer market sectors. Customers include idverde, New Forest District Council, and Whiting Landscape, and Hillier endeavours to provide the highest quality British grown trees, pursuing policies that have proved both commercially and environmentally beneficial.
