Tender of the week: Huge pan-Scotland grounds maintenance tender on offer

The contract, on offer to a single operator is worth up to £12,500,000.

Scottish Water is looking for a sole supplier to carry out scheduled grass-cutting, weed control, hedge-trimming, winter gritting and snow clearing throughout the Scottish Mainland, Highland and Islands as well as a planned general ground maintenance works schedule outside of the main grass-cutting season.

The contract will run for a minimum of four-years with two possible extensions of two years each. 

The deadline for expressions of interest is 27 July 2026.
