Works will cover all aspects of planned tree surgery work within the Flintshire County in Wales, as well as emergency works during or after adverse weather conditions. Works may be located on any council land including open spaces, parks, schools and along highways.

The framework is slated to run from 6 October 2025 to 5 October 2027 initially, with a possible extension to 5 October 2029.

The deadline for receipt of expressions of interest is 26 August 2025.

Flintshire County Council expects to make a decision on 12 September 2025.
