Weather app rain icon “costing attractions up to £137,000 a day”: Chester Zoo, RHS, Eden and 80 more destinations demand action

More than 80 UK attractions (including RHS Gardens, the Eden Project and Blenheim Palace) have united behind Chester Zoo in calling for changes to how weather forecasts are displayed on popular apps - warning that misleading rain icons could be suppressing visitor numbers by up to 30% on some days.
