UK–EU talks advance on Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) agreement

EU member states have agreed to fast-track talks on agreements with the UK a meeting of ambassadors in Brussels on 12 November, instructed the European Commission to draw up a mandate for negotiations on the subject by the end of the year.
