Plants supply framework on offer in Scotland

Five Dundee local authorities have joined forces to tender for supplies of bedding plants, bulbs, trees and shrubs.

Angus Council, Dundee City Council, Perth & Kinross Council, Leisure & Culture Dundee, Dundee and Angus College are offering up to £1m over the course of the 3-year tender.

The framework agreement requires supply and delivery of bedding plants, bulbs, trees and shrubs and will operate on ranked supplier basis per lot. 

The framework will run for a minimum of 3 years plus an optional 1-year extension.

The deadline date for receipt of expressions of interest is 21 May 2025.
