Hardy Plant Society trustee James Miller said: "Recent bursary receipts have included: a travel bursary to observe plants growing in the wild in Nepal, attendance of The Masters of Landscape Festival in Bergamo Italy, a Garden Masterclass Planting Design Course at The Plant Library at the Serge Hil Project, a place on the Talking Plants Symposium and research on Climate Resilient Plants for a student at the University of Sheffield.

"Awards range from £100 to £1,000 and include free HPS membership for the award year. Applications are accepted year-round, with decisions usually made within two weeks. Funding can support, conferences, short courses, projects, or even equipment and books. After the funded activity, recipients must submit a report. This could be published on the website or in Hardy Plant Society Journal. A video for social media would also be great. Could this be the next inspiring move for your horticultural career?"
