New HTA survey finds show peat use falling

New figures from an HTA survey (answered by 39 growers who make up an estimated 12% of UK ornamental production by value) show that UK growers and plant producers used 21.8% peat in growing media in 2025, down from 34.4% in 2024 and 39.5% in 2023.
