What have been some career highlights over those years?
Building a garden centre from a green field site and having to set up all systems, hire all staff, create the ethos etc I did this at Sanders Garden World in 2001.
What would you say are your areas of expertise?
People and plants. Definitely not IT.
What is your fantasy future horticultural innovation?
Petunias that flower for 12 months of the year.
What are you most looking forward to at Four Oaks as a visitor?
Seeing the many members and colleagues who will be there and chatting about their businesses and the industry.
