JFH introducing next-generation bedding tray for growers H-Pak at Four Oaks

At Four Oaks trade show (2/3 September 2025, Cheshire), JFH Horticultural are presenting H-Pak, an advanced bedding tray developed specifically for commercial growers to enhance efficiency.

JFH

Engineered with grower feedback at its core, H-Pak combines smart design, robust materials, and environmental responsibility into one powerful solution.

H-Pak addressed common frustrations found in standard bedding packs.

They have introduced an olive grey finish for a refined, professional look that also serves a function: reducing internal light exposure to promote stronger root development.

The pack is recycled and recyclable, fits 21 packs per shelf and is designed for automation with consistent tray dimensions, clean de-nesting, and stable stacking making H-Pak ideal for use with automated seeding, filling, and transplanting systems. There are anti-root-circling side ridges and enhanced drainage and aeration.

Grower benefits are healthier plants with better root structure, faster and more reliable automation performance, cleaner pull-outs and reduced plug damage and more cycles per tray, equalling lower cost over time.
