GroundsFest 2026 will return to Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, on 16 and 17 September, bringing together professionals from across the grounds management, landscaping, local authority, sports turf, estate management, education and amenity sectors.
Since launching in 2023, GroundsFest has established itself as one of the industry's most talked-about events, combining business, learning, networking and entertainment in a format designed around the needs of the sector.

See machinery in action
A major attraction is the extensive outdoor demonstration areas. Rather than simply viewing machinery on exhibition stands, visitors can see equipment in action and compare products in working conditions. From mowers, hand tools and utility vehicles to turf maintenance equipment, battery-powered technology and landscaping machinery, GroundsFest offers a hands-on experience of the latest products.
The event also features a large indoor exhibition, with hundreds of manufacturers, suppliers and service providers showcasing new products, technologies and services. Visitors can speak directly with industry experts and gain insight into solutions that can improve efficiency, sustainability and performance.

Industry insight
Education remains a key part of the event, with a programme of free seminars and panel discussions covering many of the issues facing the sector. Delivered by industry professionals and specialists, the sessions are designed to provide practical advice and takeaways.
Beyond the exhibition and education programme, GroundsFest has become known for its relaxed atmosphere and strong sense of community. The event creates opportunities for informal conversations, relationship building and networking across the industry.
Entertainment also plays a central role, with live music, evening networking events and attractions such as lawn mower racing helping to create an experience that extends beyond the show floor.

Building connections
GroundsFest continues to support the next generation of industry professionals, encouraging students, apprentices and young people to attend. The event offers opportunities to meet employers, explore career options and learn more about careers across the sector.
For exhibitors, GroundsFest provides access to a highly engaged audience of decision-makers, influencers and end users. For visitors, it offers the chance to compare products, seek expert advice, discover emerging trends and connect with industry peers.
As the event continues to grow, GroundsFest remains focused on delivering a practical, relevant and accessible experience for the entire sector.
