Garden Re-Leaf Day looms

Garden Re-Leaf Day on 20 March 2026 will feature sponsored walks and a week of activities from Blue Diamond garden centres, all to raise money for Greenfingers.

Greenfingers Ambassadors Jane Lawler and William Armitage organise the North Walk in the Peak District National Park, with walkers from Woodlodge, Dobsons Home, Ames, Blue Diamond, Brimsmore Garden Centre, New Leaf Plants, the HTA and British Garden Centres. STV is sponsor.

South Walk at Tring Garden Centre in Hertfordshire is sponsored by British Garden Centres with walkers from Vitavia, Gardena, Hyve, Garden Trade News, British Garden Centres, Evergreen Garden Care, Craven Street Wealth, Woodmansterne, Johnsons Lawn Seed and Hornby George PR.

Blue Diamond Garden Centres is hosting a week of garden-themed activities to help raise
awareness and funds for children’s hospices across the UK, while also helping to kick-start the
gardening season.

Participating centres will host a Create a Mini Veggie Planter event, have on sale bespoke cupcakes and the Greenfingers charity rose ‘Friends’, both with linked donations to Greenfingers, along with staff-led fundraising challenges and Blue Diamond Garden Centres will encourage customers to donate via a designated Just Giving page at till points.
