EU-UK border plants import deal could take 18 months to finalise

After a UK-EU trade deal was agreed on 19 May including the outline of a sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) agreement that will reduce barriers for UK growers to import and export to the EU, plant importers remain in the dark about the detail of the deal.
