Environment Agency reports ‘signs of improvement’ in farm non-compliance

Nearly half of farm inspections carried out by the Environment Agency (EA) between 2021 and 2026 uncovered non-compliance issues, but incidences of non-compliance fell by 5% last year, suggesting “signs of improvement”, the agency’s inaugural Agriculture Report has revealed.
