Cramer announces rebrand ahead of Groundsfest 2026

Green space maintenance equipment manufacturer Cramer will begin a phased transition to trading as Greenworks Commercial in Europe from January 2027.

Greenworks Commercial

The move will facilitate a planned expansion of its professional product range including the Greenworks Pro PowerAll 24V professional power tool range. But new machines for "entirely new product categories" are also planned for 2027 and 2028.

It also plans to increase R&D investment, particularly in developments towards 100% battery-powered professional equipment as well as in AI, robotics and connectivity.

The new global brand will also enable the company to launch coordinated marketing campaigns to support dealers and customers across Europe.

The company said Greenworks Commercial products would continue to be produced using the same engineering standards, battery technology and manufacturing quality while product warranties will remain unchanged.

Dealers will continue to receive the same support from sales and technical support teams, it added, with new benefits including:

  • International marketing campaigns
  • Expanded social media and digital content
  • Lead generation initiatives
  • Enhanced commercial support
  • Shared international marketing resources

For now, Cramer said both brands will coexist while maintaining:

  • Full product availability
  • Existing battery platforms which will remain compatible during the transition
  • Existing warranties
  • Technical support
  • Dedicated sales contacts
  • Uninterrupted customer service

Founder and chairman, Yin Chen said:

"This strategic decision represents much more than a new logo. It strengthens our
ability to innovate, invest, and support our partners worldwide, while enabling us to
better serve the European market.

"With Greenworks Commercial, our commitment and ambition remain unchanged. We
are building a powerful global brand dedicated to delivering the best professional
equipment on the market, providing outstanding service, and contributing to the long-
term success of our distributors and professional users as they transition to
increasingly high-performing and environmentally responsible solutions."
