The open framework is set to run from 1 April 2026 to 31 July 2027 and is evenly split into two lots:
- Lot 1: Arboriculture Services offering work worth up to £1,620,000 including VAT
- Lot 2: Forestry Services offering work worth up to £1,620,000 including VAT
Works under Lot 1 include tree surgery operations within Bristol highways, parks and open spaces.
The Forestry Services lot focuses on sites that require the mechanisation of tree work operations, for example within ash dieback management.
For the purposes of this notice the value has been split equally between the two lots however BCC reserves the right to amend this split during the life of the open framework.
The deadline date for receipt of expressions of interest is 16 February 2026.
