Organisers said: "Please be assured that this invoice has NOT been issued by us. The fraudulent invoice requests a £200 deposit for exhibition space and includes bank details that are not associated with our business.
"If you receive an invoice of this nature, please:
"DO NOT make any payments or transfer any money.
"DO NOT use the bank details provided on the invoice.
"CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY if you receive anything suspicious, even if you have not made a payment.
"If you have already made a payment, please contact your bank immediately and inform us.
"We have attached an example of the fraudulent invoice to help you identify it."
