Tree care works will be required across a variety of site types including, but not limited to, roads and footways, town centres, property and facilities, schools, agricultural and rural land, and rural public rights of way.
The contract is worth up to £6,528,000 including VAT over the 8 year term.
The contract is split into 5 geographical lots. Contractors may be appointed to a maximum of 3 lots in total:
- Lot 1: Oxford City (any tender must include this lot)
- Lot 2: Cherwell
- Lot 3: South Oxfordshire
- Lot 4: Vale of White Horse
- Lot 5: West Oxfordshire
The contract is expected to run from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2034.
The deadline for tender submissions is 30 October 2025.
