British Garden Centres Hayes centre in Ambleside, Cumbria is to re-use an existing purpose-built warehouse as a sports, recreation, using existing access and car park arrangements. This could be for padel or pickleball, although a gym use is also possible. Use is expected mainly in the evenings.

James Coles' former Plant Centre in Thurnby, Leicester has been demolished and building has begun on a replacement.
